Kang Kim photographed clementines for Delta Sky Magazine‘s monthly “My Favorite Ingredient” column. The clementines are a favorite of Chef Karen Hatfield, who owns the LA restaurant Hatfield’s Restaurant with her husband and co-Chef, Quinn Hatfield. As a pastry chef, Karen shares that clementines are a great ingredient to use for a balance of sweet and citrus in baking. Kang’s lighting and composition beautifully highlight the juicy & colorful fruit. Kang has also shot ingredients like brussels sprouts, grits, and chestnuts for Delta Sky.
